Do you ship international?
YES! We ship all over the world EVERY DAY! This includes freight shipments for single and multiple motors. We have gotten packages to remote destinations in Australia and Africa, so if you can dream it up, we’ll get the parts to you.

Do you combine shipping?
Yes, everything is based on weight and a few dollars for the guys in the shop to package it up. We are a very busy business and our shipping charges reflect the costs of our business for the shipping supplies, overhead, labor and equipment used to ship. With a hundred or more shipments going out each business day, we must buy boxes, tape, bubble wrap, void fill and other supplies. This isn’t your mom’s kitchen table with some newspaper and old shoe boxes unfortunately, so there are costs involved. Hopefully you understand that we try to keep shipping as reasonable as possible but we do want your parts to arrive in the same condition as you bought them from us.

Can I pick up the item?
Yes from our shop in Cortland, IL, but sales tax does apply when picking up from the shop. In some cases if you are in a nearby state, it might make more sense to have the item shipped, versus paying the state for the pleasure of picking up your item!

Do you offer any other shipping methods then what is in the listing?
No we do not, unfortunately we have worked with all shipping carriers in the past and have found that certain carriers provide us and our customers with the best service and prices. Our listings online and in our store reflect those choices.

How much is shipping?
Refer to shipping calculator in the listing. For larger items which specify freight, please email us at along with the item description and item number for a quote. We simply need your zip code in order to price freight shipments.

What are my payment choices?
Paypal, certified money order or cash. At this time we do not take credit cards in the shop, only through Paypal.

What is your shipping turn around?
3 BUSINESS days from the CLEARED payment date. Sometimes this lead time will be slightly longer on large items such as motors and transmissions, but 95% of those are shipping in 3 days as well.

What is a business day?
Monday – Friday 9-5

Can I return something?
Yes you have 3 days to inform us you are sending something back so that we can record the return on our end; once we receive the item in the same condition we sent it we will issue you a refund for the purchase price – We will not refund any shipping costs unless previously agreed to (in the event we made a mistake, etc). In the event of an item which is dead on arrival such as electronic components, please contact us and we will arrange for a fair return.
